Ladies,
Tryouts for the 2012 Lacrosse season will be held at Mt Jordan Middle School
*September 26th & 27th 4:00 p.m.- 7:00 p.m. Please arrive by 3:30 so you can sign in and be ready to go at 4:00 p.m.
*Tryouts are open to all girls. Everyone who shows up will be placed on a team.
*Every spot is open. All returning Varsity players needs to re-tryout for Varsity
*Tryout Session Includes:
8:30 minute mile (required for Varsity)
Conditioning/Speed/Agility
Offense-passing, catching, cradling, dodges
Defense- 1 on 1, slides, checks
Attitude- work ethic, focus, respect, teamwork
*Things to bring
Stick and Mouth guard
Cleats and/or running shoes
Plenty of water
Copy of most recent grades ( a print out from Skyward is fine)
Pennies if you have one (bring extras if you have them)
